Here it is. Left-handed even, excellent. It looks like it's all in the last 30 degrees of the rotation, lots of umph and fingers on top. Can't wait for some wind and sun at the same time again here in Taos. Maybe tomorrow... (Right-Click and select 'Watch on YouTube' for clearer vid) Alula in Arena

That one painted like a falcon is really beautiful. I think you could totally paint yours. If you want to try enamel spray paint, test a small corner somewhere and make sure it doesn't attack the foam. If not, then have fun!

I went ahead and painted the bottom of the wing black with the super-light Krylon H2O paint. And I painted the beak yellow and left the tail white so now it looks like a bald eagle. Tried to fly it on Blueberry Hill yesterday, but it was a bit too windy. My meter was reading 10-15mph with gusts to 20. It launched okay but it was really hard to keep it upwind and nearby, so I will wait a day or so for better conditions...

A day or so? It's now a day or so and we're having the worst snow all season.
Actually, this could make flying on Sunday pretty cool. If you've got skis or a belly-lander, that'll make for some really nice landings and ROG take-offs.
I wonder if my Easy Star can ROG.
