My favorite simulator airplane. Its a souped up P-51 for airshows, very powerful and flies like a dream. Here are a couple screenshots of me during 'Airshow' practice. You can fly online with other pilots and do shows for other onlooking pilots... The very dangerous low-pass on the stripe...About 3 feet on each side to clear the barn at 200 knots...My prop was 8 inches off the deck...

I am really into Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator and fly frequently. Unfortunately, they've really screwed up the P-51 on their third and most advanced flight sim; it flies like a bus and won't turn worth a damn. But I know better. My favorite plane to fly on Combat flight sim is the Spitfire, followed closely by the Vampire jet, the P-55 (which never actually saw combat) and the P-38. I keep my enemies set on ace, which makes it challenging. Flight Sim 2 is the Pacific theater and I like that too, even though it's a little bit "cartoonish", because the Zeros are hard as hell to fight. Best plane there is probably the Hell Cat, followed closely by the Corsair. (I would have loved to see how the Corsair would have flown against the Luftwaffe!!!)
